Hi, I’m Catie —
certified personal trainer, nurse PRactitioner, and mid-30s mom working on rebuilding strength, fueling my body, and feeling good in my own skin again.
I created Wellness by Catie as a space to share what’s actually helping me in this postpartum season:
✔ simple strength workouts
✔ realistic nutrition strategies (that are flexible, not obsessive)
✔ mindset shifts that actually make habits stick
My goal is to share what works in real life, not just what sounds good online.
I believe in a practical, science-backed approach to fitness and wellness — but also in giving yourself grace when life gets chaotic (because let’s be honest… it will).
Whether you’re postpartum, overwhelmed, or just tired of starting over, you’re in the right place. I’m here to make wellness feel doable — one lift, high-protein meal, and mindset shift at a time.

My Story
I’ve always cared about wellness—but consistency? That’s what I struggled with the most.
There were seasons where I tracked everything, never missed a workout, and felt on top of my game. And there were just as many where I couldn’t find my groove, felt overwhelmed, and started over more times than I can count.
For a long time, I thought I just wasn’t disciplined enough. But what I really lacked was a routine that actually fit my life.
Becoming a mom made that even more clear. With less time, less sleep, and more on my plate, I realized that my old “on-or-off” approach wasn’t going to cut it anymore.
That’s when I started focusing on sustainability—not just results. Strength over stress. Fueling my body instead of punishing it. Showing up, even if it wasn’t perfect.
And you know what? That’s when things finally started to click.
Now, I’m building a space for women like me—busy, motivated, and tired of burning out.
I hope that by sharing my wellness journey, I can inspire other women to take ownership of their health — and eventually support them through coaching programs designed for real life.
What I’m Building With Wellness By Catie
I used to think being “healthy” meant doing more—longer workouts, stricter routines, eating perfectly.
Did I always follow that? Not exactly.
But that’s what I believed was necessary to get in shape.
The truth is—life doesn’t always give you the time or energy for perfection.
And that all-or-nothing, “go big or go home” mindset? It can make it harder to start… and even harder to stick with. Even when you manage to “do it all,” burnout isn’t far behind.
As a nurse practitioner, I’ve seen what happens when women don’t make their health a priority.
I’ve lived it too—through long shifts, grad school, grief, new motherhood, and everything in between.
That’s why I started Wellness By Catie — a space where real-life wellness feels doable, even on your busiest days.
I want to help women feel strong, nourished, and in control of their wellness—without burning out or giving up everything they love.
Let’s build this momentum together.
