Iโm a nurse practitioner, wife, mom, and am currently completing my personal training and nutrition certifications. I’m a big believer that strength training and smart nutrition can change everything.
I created Wellness by Catie to help women feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their bodies without the extreme diets or exhausting routines.
My journey hasnโt been perfect (whose is?), but itโs taught me this: progress doesnโt come from doing more, it comes from showing up consistently.
Wellness isnโt about having a perfect routineโitโs about building one that works for you.
