I’m Catie, your new
Wellness Coach & Strength Bestie.
I’m a nurse practitioner, wife, mom, and currently earning my personal training and nutrition certifications. I believe that learning how to properly resistance train and fuel your body well are some of the most powerful things you can do for your long-term health.
I created Wellness by Catie to help women feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies without extreme diets or exhausting routines.
My journey hasn’t been perfect (whose is?), but I’ve learned this: progress doesn’t come from doing it all perfectly, it comes from showing up consistently.
Now, I help other women create that same momentum—with workouts that fit their schedule, nutrition that fuels their body, and routines that finally stick.
