Hi, I’m Catie — a certified personal trainer, nurse practitioner, and mom in my 30s — working on getting stronger, fueling my body, and finally feeling like myself again.
I believe that learning how to resistance train properly and fuel your body well are some of the most powerful things you can do for your long-term health.
My journey hasn’t been perfect (whose is?), but I’ve learned that progress doesn’t come from doing it all perfectly, it comes from showing up consistently.
I started Wellness by Catie to share what’s working (and what’s not) as I rebuild strength, energy, and consistency in this postpartum season. Ultimately, I’d love to move from the “sick care” system I currently work in and coach people in fitness and nutrition to help them protect their own health!
